“What I heard was: there’s no such thing as insecurity, it’s only thought. All my insecurity was only my own thoughts. It was like a bomb going off in my head … It was so enlightening. It was unbelievable … [And after that,] there was such beauty coming into my life.” Sydney Banks
Why work with me?
I work with women who are holding a lot.
Smart, capable, thoughtful women who’ve figured out how to make life look good: career ticking along, relationships mostly sorted, calendar always full.
But under the surface, something feels off.
They’re tired. Worn out by the pace, the pressure, the need to always seem fine.
And they’re quietly wondering if they might blow up their whole lives if the mask slips.
My clients are founders, creatives, leaders, deep thinkers.
They’re relied on and looked up to.
And often quietly unravelling on the inside.
What they want isn’t more advice, or another strategy to be better at life.
They want more space, more ease, a way to feel like themselves again and less like an imposter.
That’s what I help with.
Not through fixing or mindset work, but by having the kind of honest, grounded conversations that shift things at the root.
No self-optimisation. No forced positivity or limiting belief busting. Just a different way of seeing that brings clarity, calm and a peaceful sense of coming home to yourself.
If this speaks to you, you are welcome to message me.
There’s no pressure and no pitch. Just a conversation to look a bit more deeply and see if it feels right.

Testimonials
“I came to Zoe wanting to quiet the self-critical voice in my head and feel more confident at work. What I got was so much more.”
I’ve stopped overthinking everything and started trusting myself in the moment. I’m no longer trying to fix everything or get it all right — and that shift has changed how I feel, how I work, and how I relate to others.
The approach is light, insightful, and honestly… life-changing.

About me
Hello, I’m Zoë.
I’ve lived both sides of the high-functioning woman.
The one who keeps everything ticking along: career, image, responsibilities.
And the one who quietly falls apart the second the door closes.
For a long time, I lived almost entirely in my head with a constant, brutally critical narration accompanying my every waking hour.

If something here resonated, even quietly, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
We can have a relaxed chat and see if it feels like the right time to work together.
No pressure, just a conversation. I’ll probably suggest a resource that I think would be helpful whether you decide to work with me or not.
